CARDIO X TODAY!

Wow, it was fuN! I love it because it has a little bit of everything. THe Yoga was killing though! I am so out of shape but not giving up! After I finished the 45 min. of Cardio, I decided to do a bit of zumba, I couldn't finish the 20 min. I did like 12 mins of it. But hey, it was all extra.

I figured I would try to blog everyday. This will keep me on check. Tomorrow is a new day. I'll be lifting weight tomorrow. I haven't done that in SO long!!!

    Congratulations on getting the planned exercise done and some extra! It doesn't matter if you couldn't complete all of the extra because as you said...it's extra. :) Even 5 minutes extra is awesome! I think that posting every day is going to help you remain accountable so keep up the amazing work and keep on Sparking!
