What's wrong today?

I woke up late around 10am but couldn't drag my tired butt out of bed until almost 11. I was STARVING when I finally made my way to the kitchen and shoved the closest two things in the fridge into my mouth. Left over oven fries and cottage cheese. Finally made it into the shower around noon. And yes, those are my big accomplishments for the day. I tried everything in my "energy arsenal" but barely made it off the couch all day and I can't believe how hungry I was all day. All I wanted to do was eat and lay on the couch. I have a feeling that last weeks exercise (often and intense) finally caught up with me and my body just needed a day to recharge. So I am resting it off.... plan on going to bed early and starting back at it again tomorrow. I try not to beat myself up over a "day off" and realize I probably needed it.
