Training Day

Today was the first day that my wife and I tried the strength training with dumbbells. It went real well and I enjoyed it! Also we tried doing some exercises on FIT TV and boy that was a mistake. My legs feel like jello! I guess I can look at it as a goal to try to accomplish.
