ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Monday, January 25, 2010

I stepped on the scale this morning I realized my healthy lifestyle is out of control. To be honest I didn't have to step on the scale to know my pants and shirts are getting tighter. I have done nothing and I mean nothing to eat healthy and exercise. I am very consumed and stressed out which I know is not a good excuse, but that’s all I have to offer. I’m taking my LSAT (test to get into Law school) on February 6, 2010 and it’s the toughest thing I have ever faced. I’m taking a LSAT prep course that is taking up all my free time and I’m not exaggerating about that.
I was going to wait until after 2/6/10 to start eating right and exercising, but I’m ready now. So my plan is to start from stage 1 of the Spark program again and go from there. As much as I hate to do it I’m resetting my weight and measurements to what it was this morning. So my Spark friends wish me luck!! emoticon

emoticon You are doing the best thing you can do. Just start over, have a new starting point and go from there. Don't beat yourself up over past slip-ups. Learn from them. I think eating clean will also help you on your testing to think more clearly.

I can totally relate to what you're saying, as far as letting the healthy lifestyle get out of control. I, too, put on weight and could tell even before stepping on the scale. I'm back on track again and I'm glad you decided not to put it off any longer. No time like the present! I know it is a tough, stressful time for you, but I know you can do it. I hope all goes well with your test and I look forward to seeing more of you when it is over.

Best of luck to you! You know we're all here for you! I did the same thing last year.

I also know you'll do great on your LSAT.

Believe me.. I truly understand where you're coming from. Although I decided not to start back at Stage 1, I have recommitted to losing weight and re-set my goals and weight, etc.

We are here to help you! Do the best you can everyday!
