Do you exercise when you are not feeling well?

I had a sore throat when I woke up this morning. Normally I would have stayed in bed. However I did not want to break by 28 day streak of getting on the treadmill. So, I cut back on the speed a little and did my regular 40 minutes. I resisted the temptation to go back to bed. Now I don't feel sick anymore.

    Girl You do better than me..If I feel bad I just dont exercise.. This 2010..I have tried to change somewhat.. I am cooking Dinners at home now..Which normally I dont eat at home..
    And I pulled my Obliques muscle a week ago last thursday..
    Planning on going to the Gym tomorrow.. but I have work and daughters got girlscouts so I have to figure out how to work it in... Actually its my 1st day back after pulling my Obliques..(thats the muscle on your side) it controls alot.. Its better now..not so painful..
    Good Job on keep on trucking while feeling bad!

    I did the exact same thing on Friday. I strongly debated skipping my workout on Friday because I wasn't feeling very well. But I went and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to complete my entire workout. But I felt really miserable for the rest of the day and made sure to get to bed early Friday night. Thankfully I felt much better yesterday and today. And I'm glad that I didn't skip that workout. My streak was a motivator for me too.
