I feel so much better this week. I was a little disappointed about my weight loss last week so I tried to focus on other things than my scale. And it's been a success :)
I lost another pound which makes me happy. But the thing I most proud of is that I had breakfast every day for two weeks now. I used to skip breakfast all the time and it was difficult not snacking before lunch. Now I eat cereals every morning sometimes with a fruit or a yoghurt and I feel great, full of energy until noon.
I work in a high school as a secretary so I can eat at the canteen/cafeteria for lunch. They have soup or raw veggies, then meat with veggies and potatoes or pasta, and a dessert -a fruit or yoghurt, sometimes they have ice cream but last time I asked for a fruit instead. I like eating at the cafeteria cause I'm not a great cook and I don't really like cooking for myself. It's a bit difficult to track everything in the nutrition tracker though, I have to eyeball most of the food I eat. And it's unlimited food, you just have to ask and they'll bring you more food. It takes sometimes a lot of strength to stop eating. But now that I have breakfast, I'm not starving when I have lunch so it's a lot easier lol.
Next week's goal is going back to the gym. Up to now I did some SparkPeople video workouts and mini stepper. I tried spinning a couple years ago and loved it, I want to do that again.
