Maintaining is not gaining!

Just weighed in, and I stayed the same. No complaints. I feel good about my week. I was well within my calorie requirements for the week with no overages. I was a bit higher last night, but still within range. I met all of my exercise goals and then some. There were a couple of days where I was short some steps, but those were on days that I did actually work out instead, so there was a trade off. And since I lost 4 pounds last week, I think I'm fine. I was only hoping for 1 or 2 last week, so I got double what I was trying for. I'll just keep at it.

Might be a bit tougher this week since I sprained my ankle, but I will find other ways to compensate. I can still walk around, albeit a bit slower and with a limp, but every little bit helps.

Can't wait to get healed up and try out my new video. But in the meantime, I'm doing ankle rolls and popping tylenol and hoping I can get up and around in no time.
