I took a self-hypnosis class today. Learned how to relax and use affirmations and visualization to reach goals. I plan to use what I learned to eat healthier, for starters. I had a good day today as far as staying within my nutritional goals. Yesterday was a total blowout as we went to a Robbie Burns Dinner. Rich food and alcohol. One day at a time...

    I am adding you as a friend. I am really curious to know how the self hypnosis is working. I've been able to keep up with my exercises, but the overeating and eating all the wrong foods is still giving me a problem. I would be willing to learn self hypnosis if I thought it would help. Good luck with it. I'll be rooting you on.
