my dieting strategy is not working

i have to think of another plan... because i haven't been able to keep up with the plan i had before. my idea was to eat healthier, 6 times a day. so i'd have to reduce my main meals (lunch and dinner). Well, i haven't been able to do that.. i keep eating more during those meals, and i actually started hadding more food than i was used to eat! i'm eating more!

i have to change strategy, and i really need help :/

    i know what you mean. i've tried that too. it just you are so used to eating three bigger meals so to just eat a little bit more often is just a lot harder for awhile. i suffered with binge eating after leaving an abusive relationship. i've made tons of progress, but i haven't lost tons of weight that i gained due to that. i tried eating six times a day, but i'm in school and since i eat with friends all the time and with classes, i never have time to really think so much about the different times i need to eat. my opinion for you is to not worry about a "diet". this concept has really helped me. i still have my issues of course. i will still binge every once and awhile, but its a process and you can't beat yourself up if it doesn't always go so perfectly. what i do... i eat three times a day and its actually a lot less calories but i still eat a lot just tons of fruits and veggies so i do get full. anymore help, i'm here!
