i managed to brush my knees off and get back up again and not let my thursday night binge affect my day yesterday. i was a bit over zealous though by deciding to step on the scale this morning and i did not enjoy that. but i am probably gaining muscle as i just have gotten back to working out for the past two weeks and have been sore everyday. i am still scared. they said at the gym that in the fitness challenge at the gym i am in the least amount that has ever been lost is 8 pounds a month....so i have 3 weeks to lose 8 pounds......aaahhhhhh. whatever. i need to put my scale away and chill the freak out!! will report later. have a great day everyone!
