I've had two great days following Weight Watchers - stayed on track, ate a balanced diet, and even moved a little more (though at this weight it's a struggle).
But last night I came down with something - not sure what - and ended up calling in sick to work today. I know it's important to eat all your points each day, but I'm just not feeling hungry, so I'm not sure how on-track I'll be able to be today.
It's a bit frustrating to feel icky when I've been doing all the right things!
