Why do I keep falling off the exercise and healthy eating wagon??? Why do most people???? Here are the things that adding my exercise regimen have done for me and my goals: 8 lbs lost this month, I am drinking water more and soda less, I am getting a routine for myself down, I am drinking water more and exercising more therefore I am eating less, and I am more conscious of what I am eating, did anyone realize that cookies were about 140 calories if you buy them prepackaged for two cookies? Is it really worth that? It takes me about twenty minutes on either my bike or treadmill to burn 140 calories, and do I really stop with just two? Does the average person? Adding exercise and eating healthy has given me more energy helped me fight the winter blues, and shown me once again that if you truly work at something, you get end results. Wonder if I will say that when I plateau???? LOL. Things that may detour me from my exercise and healthy eating pattern, cravings??? Yeah, but so far they haven't been so bad. Getting a job, whoa the whole routine then goes out the door. I have already proven the whether or not the kids are home from school does not detour me. The other thing exercise has added to my life is 90 minutes of reading by way of audio books. Fabulous, I can't complain there. So there are just so many benefits, why do I always forget this. I view my time exercising as my time! And I appreciate my time, this is something I need to do for myself.
