Week 4 Results

So I lost .8lbs. Almost 1lb. Not really sure how but I'll take it. I was focusing on getting the daily recommendation of servings and I did well on it all but the veggies. Ugh my Achilles heel. So that will be my focus for the upcoming week. I'm also tracking my measurements and they are also going down weekly. My next blog I will include my inches lost. I like to report these monthly.
So I also decided to lower my calories by a few. So instead 2000-2300, I will be aiming for 1800-2000. I read that the 500 increase in calories is not necessary. So maybe that will help the fat melt off.
I have to say that I do feel guilty sometimes because I think about giving up breastfeeding so I can "diet" and get this weight off RIGHT NOW. Don't worry, I'm not that selfish. At this point, I'm doing what I can and I know that once I join the gym in March that weight loss will be a little easier. Oh yeah, the gym has 2hrs of free infant care daily per person. So that will take away my excuse that no one could watch the baby.
On to another week. Also here is a picture of the little princess. She fell to sleep while reading :-)
