C25K Workout #2

Yeah, scratch of C25K Workout #2.
I found that I caught my breath a lot faster, and my legs didn't scream as much. But it feels like I could get shin splints real easy. And really, my body feels so HEAVY as it bounces along. Like a giant bag of bricks.
I found that 1 minute of running is about 41 or 42 exhales. I may not need the stopwatch next time, ha!
I could use some better shoes. And actually, some pants to run in. Not being a fan of long pants, mine are mostly jeans or things I can wear to work. So I wore my Under Armor, with my pajamas on top. Seriously. Whether biking or running, I won't be winning any fitness fashion awards any time soon.
Will there be a Workout #3? Who knows!
