So...where have I been? I took like 5 months off from my weight loss goals. No good reason...just lost like 20lbs and thought I looked and felt good enough. I went on a few trips, found a new (and awesome) job, etc. After 10 of those pounds came back, I made the unusual decision to begin taking them off during the holidays. It worked...in November and December I lost about 10 lbs! Since the holidays have been over, it has been a little easier to stick with the plan. I've been using the food tracker and exercising every day.
This morning when I weighed myself, I saw a number that I can't remember seeing since I got married 5 years ago. A 1 as the first digit! Granted, it was 199.8, but the point is that I'm at a weight that I haven't been at for a long time, and even if tomorrow it reads 200.2, I know I'm on the right track. I just need to KEEP MOTIVATED and not get content that I've come "far enough." This time it's going all the way!
