P90X Week 2 Day 4

Today was yoga x and I completed the entire routine. Last week I only did 1/2 of the DVD but today I pressed on and completed it. Whew, it was no pice of cake and I modified a lot of the moves. Several moves I could not do at all. But, I'm focusing on progress and not perfection. I am eating better and feeling strong. I may never look like the pros on the DVD but I'll be the very best I can be.

    Good for you, thats what I do also, and eventually I am doing it all perfectly after a time. You hang on in there and you will be just as good as they are. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
