My First Video Blog - The British Entry

Thursday, January 21, 2010

Please be kind, this is my first attempt and I was quite nervous!

I tried to upload this yesterday but had a lot of problems loading it. So, here's my second attempt!

After this recording I had another great day. I stuck to my calorie allowance, drank all my water, did my 10,000 steps and did 35 minutes in the gym (burning 250 calories).

And...I've stepped on the scales this morning and I've lost another 1lb! So I'm 174lbs - sub 170 is approaching fast! emoticon

Ooh and for my American friends emoticon I tried peanut butter and bananas on toast yesterday and it was totally scrummy!

See you all later!

I totally agree--I prefer watching the blogs. I also feel like I get to know people much better that way.

Ok, first of all, you are SO PRETTY! You will be a stunning bride. It sounds like you are off to an excellent start with your diet and exercise. No problem making room for chocolate--I do the same :)

You have a lot of time before your wedding, so you could definitely lose 5 lbs a month. When the summer months approach, there are so many ways you can get exercise outside too, so hooray!

Do you live in London? I might be there this summer, so if we stay in touch, we could meet for lunch!

Anyway, sorry if I am too forward. I firmly believe that having spark friends makes the journey easier and more successful. Have an excellent day!

4 hours later and it's still not loaded...I don't think it likes my video!

Or maybe my ugly mug broke the recording! emoticon
