Much Better Day!

Today was an excellent exercise day. After a rough few days, I was back to being motivated and had a wonderful run. It was the first day of Week 3 of Couch to 5k and I ran for 3 minutes straight during two different intervals. Sure that doesn't sound like much, but I don't think I've done that since I stopped taking high school PE.
I did go over a bit on fat today, I'll have to be more vigilant about that. Otherwise, I feel good about today. Also, I got a more hours at the part time job I was just hired at and I have a grad school interview next week. Good things are happening.
