I feel like I have been eating all day. I am tracking every morsel that goes in my mouth and I am still under calories, protien, and a few others. The only goal I met today was fat. I'm starting to wonder if the spark calculators are right as far as how many calories I need every day. I am ALWAYS under on carbs and calcium. Seems like the only thing I hit everytime is sodium. Trippy........

    Hi Stacey- Well I keep going wayyyy over everyday. I saw how you ate when you were here. I think it is just WHAT you are eating. You eat lots of veggies and calorie empty foods. I eat sweet potato fries and rice and gluten free toast! I was under one day. Ever since then I have to actually put foods away before I eat them or I will go over by 500 calories.

    I feel great though. I have been within my range on calories. I love the fitness tracker. I have been doing a lot of the classes here. I try to do one body works or spin class a day and then add a bit of walking or something too. Thanks for turning me on to this. LLLOOOOVVVEEE IITT!

    I have had doubts about this for months.....wait until you start excerising....Whoa! Get ready to think you are burning a jillion calories!
