Day 3 on 1200

I'm in total amazement that there are people who can actually live a normal life on 1200 calories a day. I'm hanging in there day by day but it is not easy. I have been eating 4 meals a day - breakfast, lunch and two snacks. I'm usually done eating by 5 or 6 and then I try not to think about food for the rest of the night. Last night I did cheat and have a tablespoon of peanut butter. It was soooo good!
I am going to try to stick with this one more week until I can do some light cardio. I'm hoping to see some kind of loss on Sunday when I get on the scale. If I don't I'm going to have to come up with Plan C.
