I joined two challenges-one Biggest Loser challenge on here, and a contest at my gym.
The contest at the gym goes through March and prizes are given to the biggest losses in 4 categories:
Body weight
Waist measurement
BMI
Body Fat percentage
and then one grand prize, not quite sure what the criteria for that is.
Anyways...I'm going to win.
I can do it. I know I can. I have all the tools, the knowledge, and the will to do it.
I can't believe I just said that.

I made myself WANT to do it! I made myself care again!

I kicked off my first week in the gym challenge by losing 9 pounds.

I know it's a one time huge loss and won't repeat itself but it gave me a lot of momentum to continue into week 2.
I feel complete. I feel whole again. I feel happy and cheerful and optimistic, and so...alive!
I am *SO* back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
