5lbs and 2 1/2 inches lost! :)

While I'm not obsessively tracking my calories or my workouts, I am still doing cardio every other day (burning at least 350-500 cals), only eating when I'm hungry and making sure I get all of the food groups and my protein, while avoiding the bad stuff (sugar, refined carbs in general, really fatty foods, red meats). And after weighing myself and measuring, my efforts are paying off! YEAH!

I've decided that tracking everything, though helpful, is not a sustainable practice for me to incorporate into my lifestyle, but making sure to get to the gym every other day and making healthy eating choices using common sense is easy enough for me to follow without having to feel deprived or overly disciplined. So far, so good! Yeah!
