Thoughts about the Spark Your Body Bootcamp and weight loss

It's already Day 20 of the Bootcamp and I think it's going well. I've done at least one Bootcamp video per day and mostly done them in the morning. They've been the perfect length for that and I've managed to get to work on time.
I think doing the bootcamp exercises is an energizing way to start the day. The workouts have become more effective as I've become familiar with the exercises. I think I've gotten a lot of new ideas for new strength exercises and really found the possibility of exercising at home, when I don't have the time to go to the gym. No more excuses for not exercising
. It's been really fun trying different exercises through this program!
Due to bootcamp I have also bought some exercise equipment home - weights and exercise ball. I've been using them quite a lot already. I thought about buying them for a long time and the bootcamp really gave me the ultimate reason to do the purchase. Good thing!
In terms of weight loss and toning, I think the bootcamp can have only positive effect. I lost some weight last week and hopefully it will continue! I'm quite close to my current goal. I never thought I'd get this close! So thank you SparkPeople, honestly I don't think I could have made it here without this site and all these people sharing advise and support!
Later on I might make a new, ultimate goal to get to 55 kg, but I don't want to revise my goal until I get to the current one. I want to get the feeling of achieving a goal that I have set for myself, not ruin this by moving the goal already further ahead.
But until then, I'll just keep on exercising and eating healthy and enjoying the ride!
