Okay, so I got on the scale this morning with high hopes only to be let down. I just can't get out of the 170's. What can I expect after that big pig out yesterday afternoon? I am setting my sails higher today! This morning I had a great workout. I did 15 minutes on my treadmill for my cardio and then popped in a 15 minute biceps and triceps workout plus did some heavy weights on an incline board for my biceps. I have also subscribed to Oxygen Magizine yeasterday. I picked up a copy yesterday (for 6 bucks :( ) and it had some great info in it that I am going to put to use. Can't wait for it to come in the mail each month!
My sink will no longer ship! I mean....

    I'm there with you lady! Finally got my weight off that santa left me for xmas but stuck where I was....I am going to PUSH IT HARD over the next 10 days and see if I can bust through my "plateau"!

    I've been on a plateau since Thanksgiving - too much sampling good foods ... even when I managed to stay within my limits, I wasn't losing. I recalculated the starting weight to my present weight, and gee, willikers! my calorie range dropped about 600 calories! Even though the scales weren't moving, my clothes were getting looser, so the scales can be liars.

    I have not weighed myself in quite awhile. I never set myself up with that negative monstrosity. I know that my muscles are super duper heavy and this misleads scale. ! emoticon Seriously, I go by the fit of my clothes and my image in a full length mirror.

    As long as you are doing all the right things ~ it is all good all of the time emoticon

    I use the xtra weights on the TM too ~ might as well get some bang for my buck.

    I agree, I think you know what you have to do, it's just a matter of doing it. So, while you may be in deep waters right now, you're going to stay afloat and make it to bright destinations!

    Diane- I've been stuck at 192 for over 6 weeks, so yesterday began my personal challenge of "8 DAYS SNACK FREE". I was really overdoing it with snacks so thought I would kick things up a notch, and add exercise at night while watching TV. I was successful on Day One!

    Just take those baby steps......add a few min. xtra exercise a day and really scrutinize your nutritional intake. I KNOW you will make up for the "pig out"!

    Don't give up, sounds like you know why you are stuck. Use the daily feedback on your nutrion page to see how you have done each day and what you should change. Challenge yourself to have a super good rest of the week!!
