its not the end of the world or anything but i went over my calorie range today and at least i can say it was not from the chocolate that was at my meeting tonight or the pastries where i stopped to get coffee from!! it was from too much greek nonfat yogurt and agave nectar and a few too many a vast improvement but not my best effort for sure. it is one of those nights when i should probably be drinking more water but refuse to cause i dont feel like peeing in the middle of the night, i just feel hungry still but i will not eat anymore tonight!! tomorrow will be better just watch!! leg class in the morning followed by 30 minutes of cardio!

I read your blog and had to smile - It's sounds identical to mine I posted this morning!!!! It's those meetings :) I just try to think of it as a "comma instead of a period" - as my 5 year old daughter would say, "You pause, don't stop, and move on." (Her definition of a comma) We'll have a good day today and try not to cry over spilt pastries! teehee! emoticon

You are on the right track! Keep it up! We all have "off" days, the thing to remember is to keep trying to do better! Don't knock yourself since you have already accomplished much! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Good for you for not beating yourself up. You can do it. You did great passing up the chocolate and pastries. Today will be a better day.

it's good to pay attention on what we didn't do this day: "we didn't eat properly, we didn' etc"; we need to focus on what we can do: "yesterday i didnt exercise but today I will!"
we can all do this and we are all here to help u out!
btw: congrats on being sober! i was reading your profile just right now....that's a GREAT achievement!
