Day 10- Still going strong

I don't think that I have ever been so rev'ed up to lose weight before. Every morning when I get up, the first thing I want to do is get my crunches and push ups done. I can't wait to log-in and start planning my calories out for the day. Love getting my sparkpoints in first thing as well.

I've started getting dressed and putting my pedometer in my pocket so I can make sure every step I take count. (Pardon the pun... lol) I'm constantly trying to come up with healthy substitutions that I can make in my favorite recipes and I don't feel like I'm missing out.

I have only had one night where I felt like I was hungry, but drinking all this water really does aid in that as well. I've been getting all my water in, and even a glass or 2 extra. I also am amazed at how much my energy level has gone up.

Can't thank everybody that chimes in with encouragement enough. This really is the best way to lose the weight for good. :)
