went to a step cardio class this morning even though i was sore from my trainer yesterday. i did not step on the scale this morning i have decided tp pay attention tho how my clothes are fitting and wait another week and a half then it will have been two weeks of consistent exercise and healthy diet. i do not want the scale to bring me down and as long as i am doing exercise and eating well i feel great.i will get measured and weighed again on feb 15th for my fitness challenge.

    That sounds like a great idea. I started working out Jan 3rd and just had my first official weigh -in today :o) Keep up the great workouts!!!! :o)
