For years I've heard about people who "missed" their exercise and "had to" exercise every day or they "just didn't feel right." That NEVER made sense to me. Then, "suddenly," today, after nine years of off-and-on exercising and repeated attempts to start again and get in shape, I dropped everything and ran to the gym because I missed my morning workout and just had to get some exercise to stretch, warm up, and work my muscles. Now that's an accomplishment! Hurray for me! This was never a goal for me, but I'm hereby awarding myself
