had a good day..pretty much stuck to my food plan. i wrote it in the morning and made a few alterations but stuck within my calorie range. had a great time with my trainer this morning and and 100 situps into my 200 spark streak goal for the day and man my abs are hurtin ;) yay. tomorrow i will take the step cardio class and pray i dont fall apart after!! feeling good.
