Ok. So I only lost one pound this week, but hey...I LOST not gained! LOL I'm totally ok with it. We had a lot going on this weekend. Had company both days due to the football games and of course, beer and snacks! Yesterday was also mine and hubby's 12th wedding anniversary so of course I wasn't paying too much attention about what I was eating and there was definitely no walking. But today it starts again and no worries! I'm still motivated, I'm still losing and I'm still HAPPY!

    Just remember -- we gained the weight slowly it will come off slowly as well -- and that way it will stay off.
