Ridiculous suggestions:

Salsa on potatoes Yuk!!!

Toast without butter Retch!!!!

The only sweet drink I have is a glass of OJ a couple times a week. Not much to cut out there!

Blue milk on cereal Barf!!! Blue milk is so yucky!!!!! I’ll have no cereal at all rather than use blue milk. And I don't drink milk any more since there are no chocolate chip cookies in the apt.

    When I'm in the right mood salsa on a baked potato is O.K., but I agree about toast without butter (or at least Smart Balance). Some days are super-healthy food for me, and other days are like today...cheese crackers and a couple of pieces of chocolate. I can't help it...I'm weak!

    I don't think that skim milk has been blue for years. In our family we have used skim milk for years. Salsa on potatoes is good. Give it a try. Good luck with trying new foods.

    I like salsa on potatoes with a little light sour cream.

    Try toast with cottage, cinnamon and splenda.

    I am trying to get off Decaf Diet Cokes but its hard.

    When I was growing up blue milk was milk that had gone sour.

    But like your picture it looks similar to mine, 1954.
