Today was my first true weigh in after all the starter ones last Sunday. I lost 3 1/2 pounds and over an inch from my waist. :)
We went out to run some errands today that we were going to do yesterday. We went to one of my favorite restaurants, Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the smaller steak and managed to stay well in my calories for the day and once again, I have some to spare. I'm a bit behind in my water for today, but I'm going to get it in before bed. I'll probably be getting up all night, but I want my water. I'm really starting to feel it when I don't get in my 8 glasses.
I also didn't think I would be able to get all my steps in, but I tied up my new shoes that I bought this afternoon and started walking around the house like a mad-lady (ha ha) and got all my steps in and my heart rate up. Did more of a power walk around the house instead of outside. Worked out really well, and I burned a lot of calories while doing it. So now I can check off my daily cardio. :)
Now for some crunches before bed, and I'll be all set.
