This is the first week of BLC-12.
I spsent the last three days Thursday-Saturday at Disney. I watched what I ate but I couldn't get my regular fruits and veggies in but I got on the scale this morning and lost .2 pounds.
I am keeping track of my food and my exercise.
While we were at Disney we got lots of exercise, we walked all over the place and had a great time. I wish I could do all of that walking everyday but it's not the same as walking around Disney.
Besides that the arthritis in my hip would be really flaring.
Here's to the start of a great week.

    Sounds like fun! LOL Pretty soon I will be living in Leesburg, Florida.... which is within an hour from Orlando and DisneyWorld! LOL So I may finally get a chance to go there myself soon!

    thie is the second show going on tbird show. if you need a recap the biggest loser couples team has it or i am going to blog it tomorrow. i totally understand what u mean that disney isent the same walking as at home. i went there a few years ago.
