i bought the spark book last night and am mostly finished. it was awesome and i reccomend it to anyone. i started making my vision board , and have created my short long and medium term goals and chosen my rewards. i hiked this morning and stuck to my eating plan all day today so far. yesterday went well except i ate a popcorn ball at an aa meeting but it was 150 calories and within my calorie range for the day. i did a little cardio when i got home too. i set a spark streak and that will be to do 200 situps 5 days a week. i want to do 100 when i wake up and 100 before bed as well as do 15 minutes of exercising while i watch tv daily. i have 5 pound weights that i keep on my coffee table and my elliptical is in the living room as well. tomorrow will be my first session of 8 with my personal trainer and i am excited!
