three days and i'm OK!

So I'm on my third day and so far so good I've been working out and eating better. Getting hard being around pastry and breakfast sandwich
and whipped cream all day but I've been good.
One thing I wont quit is coffee I'm just trying to drink less I usually have 3 Iced venti skinny vanilla lattes but I've cut back to one which I think is great
I trying to get into working out I need something other then weights and a treadmill before I get unmotivated. I might play tennis which would be cool go for walks or hikes. I was thinking of enjoying a belly dancing class or something. I didn't work out today which I hate but I mean I'm sore 2 days in a row and working 8 hours I need a days break right? I don't know I always feel guilty for these kinda things.
