Life gets in the way but today's a new day!

Holy cow, I set a goal and then BAM! Life gets in the way, I completely forget everything, become reactive to what's going on and think of nothing I wanted to do.

Le Sigh...

So far today, though, I'm doing good. I made scrambled eggs for breakfast and ate those, used equal in my coffee and two percent milk (would love to say I didn't use coffee creamer because of will power but honestly we're just out) I tried to input a recipe for the beans I'm making tonight and I entered all the food I put into it and when I tried to calculate the information it gave the information for the whole recipe as one serving. So I'll figure it out when I dish it out and enter it in.

My exercise has fallen to the way side as well. I need to work in little bits of exercise here and there so I'm at least doing something. My spark streak goal is to do a short walk every day. It's so easy, I know I can do it I just can't give myself an excuse. I believe I'll play the Wii tonight too.

    Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and when you have a bad just start again. You're doing great and you can do it! Sounds like you're on your way again.

    It sounds like you have the right attitude to make this work. We ALL have to remind ourselves that the weight didn't come on over-night and it won't leave over-night........small steps.
