Getting better by inches

Last week, I hurt my back. I'm still not quite sure how I did it; I probably did not lift/drag correctly when I was cleaning up some boxes, but this week has been very bad because of the spasms. I'm not bad when I stand or walk, but if I sit(like I have to do at work), my back seizes up and then I can't walk at all. We won't even talk about exercising. If I stay flat on the floot, then my back relaxes and I can walk a little bit but that's pretty much it. However, it's not all darkness..I have been getting better so I have a lot of hope that this week will go better. I'm having an easier time not eating any grains or sugars, which is a very good thing as I am hypothyroid. I just want to be able to get back to lifting weights and walking distances. emoticon

    I've had a pulled muscle in my back that caused spasms. It hurt like crazy, but it didn't last very long. Hopefully yours won't either.
