Week 2 of 2010...

and I'm still here and motivated! This is pretty close to a record for me, I'm sure. I had a pretty good week with exercise and water--still struggling with those portion sizes but that will come. I am trying to make better food choices so that when I eat over-sized portions at least it's "less damamging". Does that sound like a good idea or an excuse?? I'm thinking tackle one thing at a time, so for now it's exercise.
I have to give a shout-out to my TAG girls who've kept me motivated and excited!! Thanks girls!
