Saturday's Success

I did a 3 mile walk on a trail I had never walked before. Its now my favorite as it has several inclines and hills. I could feel my glutes engaging everytime it was great. Can't wait until I get back to running.

As the weekend is when I have a problem getting in enough calories today thanks to dinner at the Olive garden it was no problem. Even with eating out I'm on the low end of my range but at least I hit the range. Tomorrow I'll figure out how to get it all in without eating out. That should be interesting.
