It was a good day. I started off this morning with a 40 minute stint on the treadmill and then played with the kids for a while. Did another 30 minutes on the treadmill this afternoon. I was a little low on my calorie intake today. I need to watch this as I'm tending to come to far under my goal right now.

We went to the grocery store this evening and I found something curious. I was actually drawn to the healthy foods. This is truly a miracle. I couldn't believe the things I was craving. I am making more progress than I thought already.

Looking to have a good fitness day tomorrow. Plan to hit the treadmill again in the morning and evening mixed with some time on the Wii Active in the afternoon.

    Isn't it funny how new habits can sneak up on you like that? That's awesome that you are craving healthy foods!! I'm not sure if I crave healthy foods yet so much as no longer craving unhealthy foods, but I'm not complaining. A win is a win!
