A week of streaks!

My first official week has been a great one. :) Unlike every other diet I have tried, I haven't been starving, had minimal cravings, and even got some exercise in. Best part has been loose pants, and knowing that my calorie count has been on the lower side, so if anything, it's okay to eat more. Who'd have thunk it??? lol

Today was the first day where I haven't quite finished up my 8 glasses of water, but I still have some time yet, and I'll get them in. I've just been on the run, and didn't get them in through the day, and I'm feeling it. This is the first time all week where I've been thirsty. Crazy how fast you get used to feeling hydrated, and what a chore it feels like when you are trying to get it done during the day. Another 20 ounces, or one more of my plastic cups full and I'm golden.

Tomorrow is weigh-in. I'm actually excited just because I had a small preview a couple of days ago, and was down 3 pounds. I'm not expecting it to drop anymore for tomorrow, but I'll be able to make the adjustment on my tracker, and I'll no longer be one stuck at the very beginning! :)

There is just something about a Sunday and knowing it's a new beginning. It's almost like a little New Years Day. :)
