I;m feeling crappy emotionally and physically. I didn't get enough sleep last night and have made rotten food choices all day. I figure the best thing I can do for myself is exercise for 30 min today so that I sleep better and get my mind back in the right place emoticon

    I just went to the doctor to get my physical...and I gain much more than I expected...and to top it off my cholesterol is high, I never ever had high cholesterol...I kinda depressed because I barely started to get back on track and I am desperate to see results, and it is soo hard for me make the good choices vs. the "rotten" choices...30 minutes of cardio is great, just do anything to not let you let go! Just rest assure that you are not alone on this one...At least now that I read your post, I know I am not!!! Keep going!
