Although today is not my official weigh in I am really excited to say that I have lost 1.4 pounds. I was frustrated with the last two weeks weigh-ins because I had done so well and had not lost much. This week I added a couple hundred calories a day and did my regular workout routine of about 110 minutes of cardio and push-up training and have already seen results. I think I may increase my daily low end calorie needs from 1260 to 1360 and keep within the 1360-1610 calorie range while I am trying to lose, it seems to work best for me.
