Strong and Happy Streaking!

I just finished Day 14 of Spark Your Body Bootcamp. One of my good SparkFriends commented yesterday that she considered 13 days a streak! Okay. It's officially a streak now.
One observation of today's workout is that SparkPeople strength training works. Today's video contained bicycle crunches and planks that I have been doing as part of my regular SparkPeople core strength training. It was easy for me to do the advanced version of these moves, while other moves I needed to do at a lower level. Good confirmation that I am making progress.
