Thank you so much!

Yesterday could have been so much worse, it really could have. I could have gone off the rails, could have eaten so much junk. I could have totally sabotaged everything I've done so far.

And thanks to everybody who commented on my blog, I didn't. I actually almost had difficulty hitting my nutritional goals! But I managed. I didn't binge, I didn't blow all of my hard work.

So thank you. Thank you for keeping me on track. Thank you for supporting me.

(Weight Watchers couldn't offer THAT on a day that wasn't a scheduled meeting!)

Congratulations! It is so easy to get caught up in the numbers of one week or even one day and feel like they outweigh all the hard work we have done. Reason tells us they don't, but when it comes to food, it is really tough to be reasonable! Best wishes to you on your journey and thank you for reminding me that our healthier habits will pay off - but sometimes we have to be patient. emoticon
