Back To Basics

I'm an all or nothing sort of person. I have a hard time taking things slow when I know what I want. The same is with spark people, I started running, wore myself out so I stopped, jumped back into a sprint, tripped and stopped... etc...
It's one of my best and worst qualities.
So, starting tomorrow, back to basics and starting my 28 day program. I keep waiting for... what... I'm not sure. So tomorrow it begins and I'll follow directions and all that jazz. Begin with tracking food and exercise *every bite, sip, and lick*
My walking that was supposed to begin on Thursday and still hasn't because of lack of time will begin tomorrow (I'm going on 5 hours of sleep and am exhausted or I'd start tonight (that's another excuse huh?)
Ok, so tracking, exercising (walking), and water intake (it's been slipping). Sounds like a plan!
