I did the Legs and back and Ab ripper X routines. I did it at the gym with a friend who has started with me. It's not all pretty yet but I'm feeling stronger each time I do the Ab ripper X. I am so encouraged. When I'm done I feel really good and not worn out. Plus, I feel a great sense of accomplishment.
