My first day I am eating at this moment
A fruit salad for breaskfast
I tried a bit of starbucks perfect oatmeal with the dried fruit it was gross
I have a mint tea and a Iced skinny french vinlla latte in front of me.
I haven't had any of the latte and a few sips of the herbal tea.
It's hard getting in the habit of eating early but I know its better for you .
I plan to go shopping after work and after I go workout. Which will be GREAT.
So far so good actually yesterday my bf decided he wanted left over pizza and cookies at 2am it smelt good but I said no thanks for me.
anywho Im about to go start work then off to go work out wish me luck!
ok so I had a nice 20 min walk after work to my dads were I worked out for alittle bit i did 30 min on the treadmill burning 200 calories and i started doing a belly dance video because thats what I want to do to help my hips and tummy and what not
when shopping for some healthier food whole grain brown rice fruits and veggies
I made grilled chicken breast with a spoonful of bbq sauce on top then a backed patato with steamed onions and a salad it was yummy
ok so to sum up my calorie intake today
*I had a fruit salad with a mint tea= 200 cal (im guessing this one lol i know the tea had no calories)
Tuna thai wrap from starbucks and a yogurt parfit= 820 cal (omg I had know idea it was that much)
Baked potato =160 calories
grilled chicken with a tablespoon of bbg sauce=155 cals
green tea=0 cals
altogether 1430 calories
which I do believe is what this program wants me to eat so yay
