Week 3 results

So I didn't do as well with my 10 mins workout this week. I try to work them in while Lillian naps but I can't really get her to nap for any extended period of time unless I hold her. (Any suggestions would be good?) Oh yeah, I'm also trying to get her to nap in her crib.

Anyway, I did manage to lose .2lbs. Yep a quarter of a pound and some of my measurements went down a bit. So any progress in the downward direction, at this point, is progress for me. I'll be joining a gym in March when we move. This way I'll be hitting the gym while hubby takes care of Lillian.

So the coming week, I'm going to focus more on getting in the recommended servings for breastfeeding than calories. I'm also doing some toning exercises on the floor while Lillian has tummy time. Speaking of tummy time here's her progress
I'll also work on those 10 mins workout. Who would have thought that 10 mins would be so hard emoticon.

Well off to try to put her down in the crib without her waking up.
update: She woke up even before I left the rocking chair emoticon Oh well, time for her to eat.

update2: She slept in her crib for 15 mins so I did 10 mins cardio and 5 mins light weights and high reps. Then she woke up and guess what sleeping in my arms now. Little victories emoticon
