Friday 2nd Weigh-In

I just finished with my 2nd weekly weigh-in....um I lost 0.2lbs. It is a loss so I am happy. I have to reflect on what I could have done better. There were 2 or 3 days where I couldn't work out like I should and I didn't work out at all. No matter how bad I feel I need to try to work out at least 5 minutes a day. I stopped smoking so I am sure I have picked up some extra food somewhere so I need to make sure I account for everything I eat. I have not been including gum or sugar free candy I have been having in place of a cigarette.

I am trying to hold myself accountable for everything. Can anyone think of anything I missed?

    Congrats on stopping smoking. Sometimes your body does take a while to catch up with your routine so if you stick to it you should see results next week! Stay strong!

    Hi, well it might be the little snacks that you're having, but I did read once that it takes your body several weeks to adjust to big changes. So if you just quit smoking (and GREAT job on that by the way!) your body is adjusting to the new routine and you probably have more of an appetite. Don't be discouraged - keep it up! . emoticon
