Friday 2nd Weigh-In

I just finished with my 2nd weekly weigh-in....um I lost 0.2lbs. It is a loss so I am happy. I have to reflect on what I could have done better. There were 2 or 3 days where I couldn't work out like I should and I didn't work out at all. No matter how bad I feel I need to try to work out at least 5 minutes a day. I stopped smoking so I am sure I have picked up some extra food somewhere so I need to make sure I account for everything I eat. I have not been including gum or sugar free candy I have been having in place of a cigarette.
I am trying to hold myself accountable for everything. Can anyone think of anything I missed?
